Word is spreading fast because what we are doing here is unlike anywhere else. We’re providing the most advanced, compassionate care available in large animal veterinary medicine, and the need is growing every single day.

About the Project
Every rescued animal deserves a chance to heal, thrive, and live with dignity. The River Center for Compassionate Care will be the heart of our refuge — a safe, fully equipped medical space where farm animals can receive the urgent and long-term care they need
FUNDRAISING GOAL
$75,000.00
We’ve already invested more than $200,000 in equipment, and now we need your help to complete the first major phase of the River Center to:
Build out the surgical suite so Dr. Hawkins can perform advanced, invasive surgeries on site
Add a surgical table and critical surgical supplies
Finish infrastructure including padded stalls, insulation, walls, and doors
Install a reliable HVAC system
